anyone going to put a guide up for using kodi 16. ive heard you dont need to use stalker just the pvr service. i set up kodi 16 and got stalker running but thare is a bug. the video chugs or i dont know how to explain it dousnt buffer it just goes fast than slow in 1 second intervals. sound is fine. just the video is weird.

i think it's on your end. haven't heard this from anyone else. you might try reinstalling kodi.

you should have asked this in the discussion section, but try going to settings >video (advanced) and disable the acceleration (one or both, youll have to do some trial and error)

I would not use Kodi 16 as it is still in Beta. Why not wait until its widely used and you will get some feedback. I have tried it and had to revert back to 15.2 because it was unstable.

kodi 16 is work in progress.. it seems like there is a bug between you gfx gpu and the current version of kodi. you can try waiting for the next beta.
you can also try narrowing in the problem, they have switched to something called mediacodec, and mediacodec surface, and skipped libstagefright, these are accelerator libraries. and its likely where it goes wrong. you try disable them in different orders in system->video->acceleration.

your other immediate option is to go back to 15.2.

yep thanks i hope they get it fixed kodi 16 stalker was so easy to set up and get going. and was faster in loading thyen the old on. i reverted back to 15.2 for now. hope they get the stalker video working soon.
