mac keeps disconeting from papiao

I have a Tvonline and went PAIAO to assign the mac, and work for a day and the next day is removed from
site, then i assign my mac again and disappear again from papiao, i do factory reset , may be some one is using the same mac , any one have this problem,

If some one else tried the same mac they wouldn't register it for the second user

Well I check this morning and my Mac is not there just the name is , u was using my donation with another Mac and works fine , any suggestions?

i would say to keep trying and send them a email explaining your situation

make it all 00:00:00 and save then try you numbers

Take picture of device mac number include picture when sending email.
