Hi all, my box was working fine last night, went to use it this morning and nothing. Just stuck on the Infomir logo, things i've tried
1) power off on the box
2) unplug the box leave for 10 min plug back in
3) unplug power back on pushed the menu 3 dots 3 lines button on the remote to get to the bios to reboot (wont go there)
4) powered off/on cable modem and router (mag box is hard wired)
5) all other internet home devices connected to web and working well.
I find this box frustrating, works fine for a few days the the gremlins get in there usually a power recycle works all the time but not now.
please help....

I had the same problem. I had to do a factory reset and the reconfigure my mag254. It was a pain in the butt but it fixed the problem. I hope it works for you.

you may not be holding down the menu button long enough to get to BIOS menu....for some very rapidly tapping the menu button has helped them boot into BIOS...it also may take more than one try....:)
