Choppy video with smooth audio on IPTV

Im having issues using IPTV Rocket for the past couple days. On both my Fire TV and Mach 10 box, the stream will play just the audio with the video frozen on initial image. In order to play the stream, I have to disable the video hardware acceleration but bad picture quality as expected. Im thinking its just maintenance on the server side as they are preparing for the big update, but just wanted to see if others are having same issue?

I've been experiencing some issues, believe it's due to load\maintenance, haven't had the issue you're describing on my pc.

Thanks for the reply, the pc I believe doesn't have to worry about decoding the stream like the kodi boxes do with mediacodec, stagefright, etc. I think the stream along with acceleration used on the devices has been the issue mainly with Mpeg-2 audio/video.
