Blue Screen Not Loading

Hi I renewed my IKS IPTV and now I am getting stuck on the blue screen loading page. I tried changing my mac address 1 number different then back to the original with no luck. What can I do ?

I have the same problem in mag250 and mag254 all the boxes.

Im new to this. I'm having the same issue with my mag 254. Is there anything I can do to clear this up

My mag 254 route ended/blue line not turning yellow so admin shut it off/didnt turn route on yet
