Just wondering was everything going good with the site. I placed an order 13 days ago and my box haven't came yet.. there's a tracking thing in my email that doesn't track the order

Which box did you order? If its the fuse with an ATSC tuner then the reason could be is that those Tuners haven't arrived yet from the Manufactures so they are holding back orders until they get the tuner. You should open a ticket with your issue and they will get back to you for sure. Their customer service is really good.
