stuck on blue bar

Hi guys,

i am stuck on the blue bar, it was working fine for few days and now i tried to start again it keeps getting stuck on blue bar. what i mean it does not go to inner portal to connect.

any help will be appreciated

try and reboot router then mag see if you get on
