mag 254 channels are shakie

the mag 254 all channels are impossible to see, picture is shakie at all channels Lan wire flickers at the plug in, tried with wifi stick picture flicker the same, is the box fried or shall I factory default and try again
other media boxes like netflix work ok with my wifi,
is there something wrong with the internet connection in the box maybe
please help
