trying to get to the portal, still in the blue loading

Need some help with my configuration ive tried everything that i see here nothing have worked for me still in the blue loading

Made my donation for the month my stepfather have it working and he gave me everything i need to put and still no luck

Do i have to put the in the ntp server pool.ntp.org ?? That is what my stepfather gave me because he has the same 254 iptv

That is for date and time u still have to have a donation to get on to the server click on the iptv go down to the mag section on the form every thing u need to get it going will be there

I did paid for one month received the email and everything is just that does not load my step father gas the same box i saw the configuration on his and i did the same but nothing still loading all day

What is the next step i have been searching, i donate to the iptv66 i put the portal how it is and i have the internet conection i have the confirmation fir the route i must been missin something

I had this problem and after reading quite a few posts on this board I did a system restore (set the MAG back to factory settings) and it fixed the problem.
