I,ve made my donation 5 days ago, had an order number, but never received my route, had email support several times, no answer yet, please help

I didn't quite understand the PM.

Are you saying that you bought directly from IKS66 for a 1 month donation?
How long ago?
And to whom directly did you buy from?
And I need the email you used to do all that.

Send me all that info in a PM and anything else you have relevant.

i also purchase a month service from http://iptv66.com/.... i did received an email from them with my order # and route but i don't know what to do with that information. i not able to login but i am able to "search the route #" only and inside there i only see "change Mac address" and that doesn't work either.

i have 28 days left
email i use was staff edited

please help

As the mod mentioned, send them a private message with your email address\order #. He\She would likely deal with you one on one to help you out. I've seen a couple of these issues with ikS66 over the last few days, multiple members stating same email issue.

update

whatsupjoey has things working now.
It was an issue with being able to log on to the donation search site.
It worked for me thou and whatsupjoey is up and running now.
I have told the administration about the login issue.

* I believe cjiour received an email today, but don't know yet.
