How to check my nfps donation.

Recently have not been able to watch any tv. My code may have expired and i need to check it . What info do i need to check at the nfps donation site. And where do i find it on my MAG254. Ive tried the MAC address but that didn't work.

Tried checking it with email/password ,no go.tried email and asked for pw reset and no reply meaning I'm not in the system?

When you made your donation, NFPS sent you a email with your donation number. That's the number you need to enter. If you're coming from a iks upgrade to iptv then use the user name from your iks that would be your donation number

I think i use a nfps sub that i had fro my Sat receiver and i am unable to find it can i just by another sub and get going?
