IKS 66 progblem not getting replies

I have had codes ordered for two days now and have not received codes nor answers to any email I sent them. There was no problem running charges on my credit card. Is anybody else having this same problem? I use to get iks codes with no problems and seems like they don't carte or on the run with my money. I check my order number and says that it active and running still no code.

Did you enter your mac address when you made your donation?
Did you save the order number?

Yes and also when I did a order check from site that said it was active and running. Any ideas?? Yes I have order number and all info when ordered>

don't panic just yet rolltide.
Lots is going on with the server guys these days.
Emails backed up too.
Prolly won't answer emails about where are my codes, cause they may not have gotten to them yet.

If you did enter mac then just set up you device and it should be working

Just go to portal and enter the URL: http://66.iptv66.tv then reload the box

Which portal do I enter in 1st one or second one. I have to showing. I tried on both and still the same after rebooting, loaded for a amount of time and still blank screen. any guide from start to finish you can point me to. I thought that I had to receive a code after paying for donation from them I entered and reentered my MAC address again as you suggested and no difference.

I did that I went to one of the sites and enter numbers and popup says please allow 24-48 hours to get donation number. Still no reply to emails sent asking about my gift.

When I go to iks66 site it says the following when I tried to link my MAC number ......This MAC Address xxxxxxx is already in use
When I punch in my order id number to get my donation route says to please allow 24-48 hours, well it has been over that and still no replies from then on emails sent.
Never had this problem in past when dealing with iks routes. any ideas????

Is your box loading or just black screen???
If black screen / press and hold button down on your remote that has 3 dots and 3 lines on it (L side of remote) while unplugging and replugging in your box / a blue screen should appear / make sure in the headings your tv setting is auto / if not use R arrow to select auto /
once this done go down to exit & save / r arrow / ok / ok . This should reboot the device and you should see it loading. Hope this solves your problem

It said it was loading but nothing but black screen after the loading goes away
I am at work now but I will try as soon as I get home. I thought after purchasing I should get my donation from iks66 like I have before
for iks (AM I wrong) I know they will not reply to any emails

If not yet then this exercise is all for not.

Seems confusing on what you have and what you don't have.
You say you checked your order number but yet you haven't received code from IKS66 thru email... ummm what is it ?
Do you have the code or don't you ?
Or did 66 run away with it ?

No I got a order number, no 13 digit number starting with 6821 xxxx xxxx 2700 When I go to check that order number on iks66 says will check back with me in 24-48 hours my order number and their donation number is 2 different things. no respose from them other than that from where I paid online when I charged my card online. Thanks to you both for all the help and please continue if you know anything else.
