MAC address problem

Hellooo.I did the donation today to iks66 and I can't make it work.mag254.i think I need to change Mac address because I send the Mac address with capital letters and it should be small letters, the box shows on tv small letters and the sticker has capital, that was the error.can I do it by myself? Or I need to contact iks66?
