I'm not sure what the name of it is but on a channel on IPTV, when I'm watching a movie someone is narrating throughout the movie describing what is going on, it seems like it's a service a good one at that for possible the visually impaired. I just wanted to know if there is a way to disable this in Kodi.

Are you sure it wasn't 4Seven? I've noticed that descriptive video is active on that channel but only on Homeland, which as it happens comes in handy sometimes, especially when there's a complicated plot playing out & can actually help follow what's going on especially when the actors suddenly break into a foreign language & you're not quick enough to follow the subtitles, resulting in confusion as to what's just happened.
It seems that descriptive video is only an extremely infrequent occurance, & certainly not causing any major issues on any particular channel, & not worth any action by psycon or the other members of the Clairvoyants Team IMO.
If it's an issue for you & you can identify a particular SkyMovies channel post back with details, but I certainly haven't come across any SkyMovies channel that has constant descriptive video.
