How Do I get back "go to inner portal" in the settings menu

I have a MAG254, which I have set up, but when I go into the Settings Menu, I am only seeing Reload Portal, and Reboot Device at the bottom of the Menu. I have another unit which shows "Go to inner portal".

If I need to add a new service or change, how do I get in to do this? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

try re-booting from the inner portal, pls

I cannot see the inner portal in my settings menu. All it has is "Reboot device"

duh...my bad...try that if it doesn't work try unplugging for at least 10-15 min..
