this was pulled off a sellers site ...
the seller has only just started selling stalker subs against my advice but thats for him to sort out .

after complaining about freezing and buffering this is what he has received .......

NFPS Services Issues
Hi dear customers.
First of all we want to apologize for all the inconveniences that you are experiencing with our services in the last days, definitely this has been one of the toughest weeks that the NFPS team and services have been through because of multiple issues that have occurred in parallel.
Starting with IKS, charlie has burned all our cards for 4 consecutive days from Tuesday to Friday and we're still replacing them to bring the IKS service back to normal.
The IPTV have been affected with heavy freezing and buffering due to a bad hardware detected in one of the ISP's transit routes and the people responsible of such hardware is working to replace it asap.
We are committed and working hard to bring both IKS and IPTV be back to normal as soon as possible.
Hope you accept our apologies for these inconveniences.

apart from the cards hasnt the bad hardware issue on the transit routes been an issue since 19/10/2015

so there it is people issues are on server side, but you may have issues your end bit untill server end is sorted out you will be fighting a loosing battle

That is old news, that was posted by NFPS on October 18, 2015. They are always working to fix things.

im sure they are Bkman2020 but if this was the info that they were giving to us then we would not have half the problems we are getting with everyones equipement getting the blame for faults coming from the system

So it did talk about cards being burned on the IKS side of business.

i see .... sorry my mistake , they are just sending blanket emails to people now then to see how long they can pull the wool over peoples eyes is what that says to me then

Everyone will tell you that they are making progress, and they are but have come across a couple of snags. IPTV is not as full proof as it seems, when it's good it's really good, but then you have some down time not on every channel but a few here and there, it takes a lot of investment and man power to keep IPTV going, sometime the problems occur on our sides/ISP, and sometimes it's on there side it's just the way the cookie crumbles, you can be sure they are aware of all there problems and doing what they can to remedy the problem. NFPS/Rocket IPTV is still a baby compared to the others out there once they get everything figured out I stand to believe it will destroy the competition out there, but until then you have to deal with the growing pains as they build up. Speaking of updates there have been 3 updates since the October 18, 2015.

IPTV PPV Channels - November 15, 2015 - Problem using them during peak hours

IPTV: USA Channels Issue - November 20, 2015 - ISP having routing issues

IPTV: PPV Movies & Series - November 24, 2015 - Going under maintenance and they have been removed until further notice.

i do understand that they are a baby and when they get it all together it will be good , my problem is that it worked better when it was free and since we had to start paying for it , it seems that it has got worse with one thing after another
