So i am new to this, i know a few other providers allow up to 3 in total users as long as their all on the same network is that the same for this service because i have a couple of rooms in the house and was planning on doing a semi annual plan

Negative. You'll need a subscription for each device.
The only work around would be is if you could have the MAC addresses the same, and never use the other 2 devices at the same time. Easy for Kodi, but not so for other devices. Only other option would be to swap MAC addresses online (for instance with NFPS) to activate the other devices.
Again, can't use more than one at the same time either way you cut it unfortunately, so it adds $$$ up pretty quickly if you don't make a bulk purchase all at once for 3 subscriptions.
"1 Sub = 1 MAC" is how I saw it concisely put.
With that said, even with a shit currency conversion, I'm glad I jumped on board and got this going.

thats odd iptv stalker app didnt ask for any username or password am i doing somethin wrong? is there a diffrent between iptv stalker vs the stalker client thats in pvr?

What's meant by that is that you'll find your route number under username & password in your confirmation email. Your route number is also referred to as your donation number. You'll need your route/donation number in order to configure different elements or change your MAC address etc going forward.

If you have more than one route number you can watch tv simultaneously on as many devices as you have route numbers for.
