Email Icon on Screen

[ABBA]

Hi Guys
WOuld any one know of having an email icon on the screen?
I am on voodoo and I have an Icon that looks like a mail icon (Envelope), white color on the screen.
I have no clue how to open it or get rid of it.
Any help is appreciated.
