This has been going on for me for about a week now. I see its for like 90% of the channels. For example if I click on AMC it plays for 2 secs then freezes an I can hear sound with pauses in between. Yesterday I noticed the MPEG 2 channels were all working no freezing. I thought the problem was fixed then I tried to change a channel an got kicked out of kodi. I went back in loaded up stalker client an same freezing again like before. MPEG 2 channels are back to being unwatchable. This is very frustrating for me. If there is a fix anyone knows of please let me know. Btw I'm on a Amazon Fire TV, kodi 15.2. Stalker client 8.4

Join the club my friend I have 2 fire tv 4k boxes and we're working flawlessly up until 3 or 4 days ago and I've been experiencing the exact same issue you're having. I ditched them and now I'm on 2 Nvidia Shields and I have no issues with them. It seems it's mostly affecting fire tv users.

Well I have 3 fire tvs. I'm not gonna just go out an spend extra on new devices. Hopefully they care enough to fix this problem for us Fire TV users.

I don't blame you, but I had already planned on buying the Shields before all of the recent issues

I feel like there is 1 person maintaining everything. I see very little support an so many problems. One of these crazy nerds who never leaves there house an depends on iptv would probably OFF themselves by now.

Dara's been pretty good at keeping us up to date on what's going but the last few days not so much. But I'll just sit and wait

In your Kodi Video Acceleration settings (only visible in Advanced or Expert Level) try disabling amcodec & Media Codec, just leaving libstagefright enabled & see if that makes any difference.

Great, glad it worked for you - some devices have problems with libstagefright & some don't so it's a bit hit & miss as to whether you enable it or not.
