For paipao nfps support, stb blocked

Hi again, sorry but i have a problem with my recently box avov vixo 2,recently i purchased for two boxes, and pay for two subscriptions, the tv online+ box worki g fine, but the vixo 2 dont workng, in the tvonline appear a message that the stb is blocked in the server, contact with service administrator...nfps.... I oppened a thread two weeks ago and nothing

I don have any email for support of nfps..... :(
