Hi all again. I have selected a theme on my mag 254 that now loads and I can not change. I can't remember the theme name but has stalker at the top and am unable to change. I have done a factory rest and when I load my portal the theme still loads loads up. Any ideas. Thanks

Settings have been removed from the theme. I can get to it via long press of settings on the remote but that takes me to the master settings. No portal settings only portal address

maybe you need to update sofware

Done that. I find it strange the this theme was on the box. Surly there has to be away to change back and someone else must of seen this theme

i did that one but never like it but the setting was still there.

try to select 'clear user data, or 'reset settings if 'reboot device doesn't work.. 1 of them shoud get u back to original settings the factory had on it...

Iv just tried both of them but still boots to that theme once the portal is added. If I ssh in to the box the setting must be somewhere to edit

All sorted. It had save on the portal providers server he had to change it his end. Thanks for all the comments
