amazon fire tv stick and m8 android box, freexing and restarting on ppv channels

good morning i am not sure if i am missing something but i have the same problem in both of my devices, every other channel work but ppv movies it cant be watched it either restart kodi or it freeze i already tried editing the advancesettings file for each device in the way that you guys sugested but still doing the same.

any sugestion
