Man, this thing sucks! Cannot watch anything on M8S

Ok, I just purchased two boxes and I am new to the 4K Ott Box Android tv box. Set everything up, went through the initial screens. When I go to Kodi and Prime Wire, I have to go through ten sources until one might load, then I have video freezing and buffering. If I get the video to work, I loose the audio. My download speeds are 15mbps. Can somebody help me out???

1. this is a support site for rocket/nfps/iks66, we only support users of these services, not just a general kodi support site, ill assume you have one of said services..
2. dont use primewire
3. use genesis plugin and use auto play.
