Mag254 stuck on loading... using rocket

box was unplugged this morning...after being shutoff last night...
when plugged back in it goes into normal startup.... infomir page
then loading then loading portals hit menu.... when I press ok
it goes to black screen that just says Loading...

I have tried disconnecting from outlet and internet and still get the same thing...
i even deleted server information and re entered and still it is stuck on loading..
any ideas... bout ready to throw this box out the window...
even if it doesn't belong to me...

reboot router and box try that first
