Live Tv wll not update with latest channels

Has anybody had this issue. The update progress bar comes up, but it never starts updating. It just stays at 0%. I have other boxes that all updated just fine with the latest nfl, nba and nhl channels, I just can't seem to get this box to update. I've tried rebooting, unplugging and reconnecting internet without any luck. I was trying to avoid doing a complete reset on the box. Any suggestions????

Me too like to know how to manually update channel line up ..

I had to go in and out a few times before they all came up. Mainly the nfl sunday ticket.
