High Risk?

When I tried to purchase a Mac address it said High Risk. What do they mean by that? I've also tried before and it kept failing.

You are not getting a mac address that is yours already and on your device. A VISA that is able to do international transactions is what you need to use.

Get your self a post office CC that will solve your problem

When you said TD i assumed you where in Canada. But you're not i would say to contact TD and ask them to ok the transaction
