Kodi 16 Beta 1 Released.

Kodi.tv has taken Kodi 16 out of alpha and moved to Beta 1.
I have been using 16 since alpha 1.. as far as alpha/beta software goes, it works just as stable as 15.2 for me...

Laser915 yes there is a new one every month they are called monthly builds and one is daily called nightly builds
I to have ran Jarvis since the first alpha and will not go back
ill update my monthly builds though

been running 16 since the early alphas, i cant put an exact date on when but within the last week or so you can now seek/FF/RW the PPV,adult, and the 24/7 TV show channels... AND... the big one. pause Live TV for up to 10 minutes or possibly longer depending on your device. theres a few issues, like if you pause it for a few minutes to grab a drink, theres no indication of where you are to get back to live, and if you seek past live it might mess up and youll have to stop and start the channel again. but its a good start imo, anyone else notice this ?

i noticed that a long while ago nhumber.... i thought it was alucards advancedsettings that did that, never clicked that it may only be for kodi 16 only. hehe..

No issuses i have come across... had some random crashes on the alpha builds.. nothing bad, 1 or 2 a day, and i mess with my box alot so i would consider that stable..

One Thing new is it now shows all channels in the EPG (weather or not they have epg data), in 15 chans without data stay hidden.
and you can now select channels that do not have guide data (in 15 you could only select chans with something in that timeslot)

Beta 1 seems to have rendered many skins incompatible. skin chooser only has a handful now. (out with the old in with the new perhaps)
Amber was on this list... which i like the best, fortuantely since i upgraded from alpha 4 i had the option to keep it, i assume a new install of B1 wont let you do that.
