Regarding Channels

Hi all, I don't know if this is possible but my kid went from using IKS66 to NFPS and he's telling me the number of channels isn't the same, he hasn't been using it very long but is this a possibility?

I would think not it should be the same channel line up

its same reboot but they are doing channel changes every day

I think he/she was used to finding channels in certain positions (e.g., channel 101), but the positions have changed. It's easy to believe channels have disappered when in reality they're in a different position. For example, last week CNN US was channel 111 in my PVR, now it is 100.

go into tv settings of kodi and tick the box use channel numbers from back end the channel numbers should be like dish or what ever they get them
