Which Channels are HD?

Got this yesterday and I am in love with it. What channels are HD though(720)? Tried looking around but didnt find any info.

Looking at the channel guide for channels like Nat geo, History, Discovery, ID Channel, USA...etc.... basically any of the popular network channels I don't see HD versions anywhere? Are all these channels only in standard definition (SD)? I'm interested in getting IPTV but would like to have all these major popular channels in HD. I know they're available with IKS but I can't have a dish where I live.

Can someone please let me know?
