it seems down by me...when reboot and reach to switch to loading bar, it turn to black screen....before it was showing connection problem...any one else with the same issue...its nfps side or anything need to do?

yes i have the same problem now i just updated the box and still once i click on the portal it just goes black i can see the network connection orange light blinking thats all screen black

reboot your router end modem make sure you have internet before you plug in mag 254
