Mag 250 don't have portals

My friend got a mag250 on internet already setup with a server. He wanted to add a new server on his box but, on Servers section portal 1 and portal 2 are not showing... it's a diferent firmware? The portals are disable on the Bios? How I can do to have back the portals on the server section?
