Mac adrress all 00000000 in donation checker

I have one donation that the Mag 254 won't work. I check the donation and says mac address is all zero's, so I hit change mac address add it in and get error mac address already exists anyone have any ideas ?

The mac address resets if it believes the donation is no longer valid. So, if it is indeed valid, you will need to contact papaio with a picture of your mac from the bottom of the box, so they can reassign it to you.

Also if you had a old donation you will need to unlink from that.

got a donation thursday night ,tryed putting in mac address won't let me says invalid .mag 254 have emailed papaio since last night ,can't seem to get a response .all 000000000 just like the other guys .not trying to hijack thread .just curious how long does it usually take for rocket papaio to get back ?this is my 1st donation so theres no mac conflict

Do I have to keep my FTA box on the same network as my android box? What mac address do I need to put in? FTA box or my android mac address?
