Hard Reset

Why, every few days, do I have to hard reboot this thing (Mag 254)? I'll wake up turn the tv on and its frozen on a black screen. Remote is unresponsive so I have to pull the plug and plug it back in...Anyone else?

Be good to say what model you are talking about, with most it does not happen often.

unstable software.. mine needs rebooted about every 10 hrs or so.. just hit the setup button & select 'reboot device.. no big deal..
