editing channels

hi, i deactivated almost 300 channels (porn, music and news) is there anyway to save my fixed channels list? you know sonetimes we have to factory reset box, and dont want to do spend another 2 hours editing... (done it few times) ty...

yea in programs get backup app and load backup on stick
