A couple quick questions from the new guy

Hey all!

I'm new to this and would like to learn as much as I can to help out others. I have a few questions, where to start!

1. I'm looking for an index of acronyms. I know a few from dealing with fta, but some here are new to me. If there is anybody that could pm me the short list that would be great!

2. I currently have an RPi2 and My PC. Would either of these suffice if I use EMU and MAC spoof? Also looking to buy hardware, any recommendations?

2b. Looking at hardware, which devices have PVRcapability? Can Kodi do PVR?

3. I understand that there are places I have to donate to. Do each of them offer the same content/ features? (Vod, multiple providers)

4. What is the ratio of downtime ? I accept that there will be times it will happen, but is it a daily or weekly thing?

5. NFPS vs rocket vs iks66? Looking for Beverley and Charlie. Not to sure what the difference between the three are though.

I am a computer programmer and enthuiast with time, I would love to take more of this on as a hobby!

How about reading all the stickies in the Kodi section and using google on acronyms you don't know..people hate spoon feeding folks when ALL the info is here on the forum
