I am on page were I buy and I have to enter my MAC address what do I put in there as my Mac on android device does not start with 00 Ect I am using my box aswell. Any help with what Mac should be

Oki I have paid for sub and when I link my Mac I serch for my donation and it saying it's incorrect ?

your posts tell me you haven't read the tutorials and instructions...what device are you using to access our service?...have you gotten you donation # email yet?? and from what service??

Your MAC has to be in the hexadecimal (0 to 9 & A to F) format 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX
Your MAC has to be linked to your donation/route number

Go to one of the following (depending on your donation):

Enter your route/donation number (your route number is at the bottom of your confirmation email under Username & Password), complete captcha challenge & search. Then change MAC (use format 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX) You can replace the X's with the last six digits of your android box or you can generate a new MAC by going here:

In the 'MAC address prefix' field type 00:1A:78
In the 'MAC address format' field click the dropdown arrow & choose the second option (the one with the colons)
Click 'Generate MAC Address'

Use that as your MAC address when linking to your route/donation. If you get an error just change a digit or two until it's accepted.

those intrs. are for an android box, the mac will be different if using an iptv box such as avov or mag..in that case you use the actual mac of the device, thks..

I have read them just got confused at the last bit lol but the generate MAC address worked a treat. Now do I keep changing the Mac from time to time or is that me for the full year. As its for my dad for his own box but my Mac is now up and running

Forgot to say my dad has a android device mx pro quad core I tried using the Mac from his network but didn't start with 00:1A but 6C:FA but generated a Mac and now it's updated will wait till tomoz to try on his box as I can't try on my own box as its not regesterd to me

I do not care what the actual mac of his device is...means nothing and won't work. The instructions are clear and must be followed to the letter.

I have followed instructions and have a Mac that's routed to my donation I can't test it out till tomoz as I do not have my dads box with me I have my own box but it's not registered

Yes will read up on more info and will see if I can get it to work I was up earlier before when I was having trouble with Mac and I was geting error 404 url not found when I out in the server url

When linking your MAC start it with 00:1A:78 the enter the last xx:xx:xx from your box. Do not enter the full MAC you found in your box.

Also make sure you send serial in the settings. And your not using a cloned stalker.
