problem getting donation #

I sent in my cc information on nov 2. CC company approved it
still have not received my donation information.
the problem is when I went to copy .. purchase confirmation it accidentally closed page.
so i don't have it..
I have contacted iks rocket twice with the the credit card info but have not heard back..
anything... does anyone have an idea how to reach them other than their contact on the website..
