some general information please

Hi, I'm new to IPTV but not new to computers.

I installed the Samsung smart TV app IPTV and paid a modest fee for the upload site (siptv.eu) where I uploaded an m3u file with 100 or so channels. These were US channels (I live in the Netherlands) and managed to view a few but only for one day.

My internet connection is always better than 150 Mbps (I'm paying for 200 Mbps). Whenever I try to view a channel I just see 'connecting' but it never goes any further. I should add that I'm really just interested in viewing 'free' channels not any 'pay for' channels.

I'm open to suggestions ... and also any education. Thanks, Dave Horne

They only discuss the rocket service here so it's doubtful you will get help for a different provider

There is no correct section on this site. You need to seek support from either Samsung or from the site that you mentioned above.
