MAG254 loading forever

This has been about two weeks. One night the channels frozen and I rebooted the box. And it's stuck at the portal loading bar forever.


Machine : MAG254

I tried rebooting the box and my router a few times but with no luck. Seems it has hard time connecting to the server?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Try pressing the setup button the remote and make your way to do an update software. That might get it working again. I had the same issue and it fixed mine. Might have been some data corruption.

make sure your mac address is right to

Re-link your mac

while its stuck on the bar graph unplug the mag and plug it back up.. thats what mine does and works everytime i do this method
