New Box is here

Got the new Online Plus, got mac address switched over, did update to 1.04 but when I try to go into my apps or the market, it opens and shows the apps and then goes back to the home screen. I have been able to get into live tv but cant get into the market to load anything else and so far haven't seen kodi.:confused:

did you try a factory data reset

Having trouble with your box? Is something not working when it should? A factory reset might fix your problem. Both resets perform the exact same thing. Only use the manual reset if you cannot get the box to boot properly. BEFORE YOU CONTINUE, make sure to re-input your information when you start up the box for the first time. Also write down or save any information you might need, the factory reset will completely wipe your box of any saved data.


Regular Factory Data Reset.Go to the settings tab in the main menu > Click on the pink system info button > Click on factory data reset.


Manual Factory Data Reset.
1) Make sure the box is connected to the TV by HDMI or RCA
2) Make sure the power is plugged out of the box
3) Push and hold the reset button with the pin for 10 seconds
4) Continue to hold it down and plug the power into the box
5) Hold the reset button for at least another 5 seconds and then let go
6) Proceed to wait for a bit while the box resets, it should open up again in console mode
7) Select the factory data reset option
8) The box will perform a factory data reset and reboot
9) It should then boot normally and start working. If it boots into the console mode again, make sure to just select perform normal boot up (I believe it is the first option)

had this happen with a new box, remember the new remote requires a very light touch...LOL

I did a reset and went to the market and it did fine. Yes that remote is kinda touchy. Thanks guys..I'm still kinda lost in the koda..

the secret is a light, brief touch...:)

kodi google it or use tvaddon and i reset my box 25 times to test it and never had problem
