Hello,
I purchased 3 Mag250 boxes within the last month. Over the passed few weeks they have become increasingly impossible to watch. The sound and picture skips, and freezes, and cuts out every 5-10 seconds or so. I have tried all the following fixes and none of them have worked:
-change DNS to manual and enter 8.8.8.8.8
-hard wire box into router
-turn off all other electronics using wifi
-tried all the buffer settings from 0- 15 in the outer portal
-changed the buffer settings in the inner portal
-restart router, restart modem, restart boxes
I am getting very frustrated and was hoping someone had a suggestion for something I may have missed?
Our internet service is stable and we easily get 30mbps when I run a speed test. Other streaming devices like Netflix don't have this issue, so it appears to be directly related to the mag250 boxes.
