Sill loading after rebooting

Hey guy I need help here,just set up mag 254 I think I did everything correct.But when got to the end and rebooted the box,a:confused: blue screem with a bar in the center showing it's downloading, but it been in that state for aleast one hour. What can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks

did you link your mac to your donation??..did your box update to R12??..are you using the correct URL for your service??
