black screen with a Direct Tv logo moving all around

I went to my mag 254 was watching 105 Law and Order everything was fine then i went to another channel and all i got was a black screen with a Direct Tv logo moving all around and on some others also so did anyone else get this ,,and what caused it how do you fix it ..thanks 1932ford

You can't do anything about it. Someone running the subscribed box that the stream is captured from has to take it out of sleep mode or the guys running the server have to find an active stream.
