mag 254 stuck on loading portal

Hi I read a thread similar to mine but the thing is my mag 254 was working fine I unplugged it for about two weeks now when I try to view it is not loading the channels stuck on blue loading screen. I checked my donation and mag everything looks good donation good till next year. I've unplugged and reset my modem and routers and still same problem. Any suggestions?

how to re link mac address i went to page and even put a new donatioin to my mac address and unable to get off that loading screen.

unlink your old donation mac, re-link to new...:)

I re linked it no dice but then I unplugged my mag and then I plugged it in again and waala it started to load and back up and running thank you KoolKatT.

a hard boot is always the first option to try....:)
